Frady and Hall Heating and Cooling is a Partnership with Joseph Frady and Trevor Hall.
Joseph Frady started Frady Heating & Cooling in 2012 and ran the business for 3 years. As the company grew by leaps and bounds, Joe asked Trevor to join him and partner up to meet the growing demands of the company and serve the customers. In January 2016, the partnership was made and the company became Frady and Hall Heating and Cooling. Joe and Trevor have known each other for more than 20 years and have worked together in the industry for 10 years before partnering up for the Frady and Hall Venture.
I have always had an entrepreneurial desire. After completing my degree at Chattahoochee Technical College, I set my sights on the state board examination, for Conditioned air contractor’s license.
In 2006 is when I started in the HVAC/R industry and 6 years later, having noticed a need for honest, quality, and trusted service companies, it was time to start my own business.
I founded Frady Refrigeration LLC. And three years later it was time to take the next step. That's when Trevor Hall and I became business partners and founded Frady & Hall Heating and Cooling.
I have been in the HVAC industry full time since the year 2000, and 4 years after graduation I had worked my way into the service side of the business. Over the last 10 years, I worked my way to being a senior service technician.
In my work, I noticed a gap in industry needs, and I decided that I was going to open my own company one day that would be run the right way.
In 2012 I started on the path to obtain a state license. In 2014 I was able to take the examination, and I passed the test and received the state conditioned air contractor’s license.
I had known Joseph Frady since middle school; we played football and worked two different heating and air conditioning jobs together. So when Joe asked me if I would want to partner up with him on his business venture, I was glad to say yes. We both share the same vision, and I'm proud to bring Frady & Hall Heating and Cooling to customers.
